Afraid I don't agree with Diet Pills (jmo, so don't bite anyone :D ) but to lose 7ls a week and still eat what you want

CANNOT beat a good old healthy eating regime. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables,etc, cutting out the c**p. Its good for you and you lose weight at a healthy and
acceptable 1 - 2 lbs per week.
I have a good deal of weight to lose and have joined weight watchers and in 10 weeks I have lost 24 and a half pounds :D
I am eating plenty, very rarely feel hungry and am losing it very well. :)
Its the hardest thing in the world to shift excess weight. Good luck. We have a weekly thread on a wednesday where we post how we are all getting on!
Missed last week as I had a very bad week and I just had to hang my head in shame last week :rolleyes: but i am motivated again now. :)
