i have just ordered some diet pills called metaboultramax were you can lose over 7 pounds of weight a week and still eat what ever you want.

Never heard of this but please dont take the "prescription only" ones that make you "high" forgot the name (amphetamines??) you will only lose a lot of weight to put it all back on again and more. You are not hungry on them AT ALL but they are dangerous and in the end do not work. E mail if you want to know more please.
Best wishes Gina

I once bought some diet pills from boots they were about 7 quid for two weeks supply . They were HUGE so my theory was that they got stuck in your throat and so no other food could pass :) in the instruction leaflet it said that you should limit your intake to 1000 calories aday and also walk two miles aday at a brisk pace ( now if I could do that I wouldn't need to diet !!!!) oh and also drink 8 pints of water a day -- so if you could manage to squeeze something down your throat then you didn't have time to eat much of it because you where running up and down to the toilet !!!--this was not included inthe 2mile allotment .the side effects were --well lets just say we bought a kite :D
in the end I gave up and got a dobermann ----far easier

Aint that the truth mate. The first 10 days we had Jake, I lost 3/4 stone. I was run so ragged, I hardly had time to go to the loo let alone eat. Unfotunately, he soon started to at least sleep for enough time to trough lots of food perfectly adequately so....... it went back on :D :D

Hi Sam
Afraid I don't agree with Diet Pills (jmo, so don't bite anyone :D ) but to lose 7ls a week and still eat what you want  I could easily become a convert :D

You CANNOT beat a good old healthy eating regime. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, etc, cutting out the c**p. Its good for you and you lose weight at a healthy and acceptable 1 - 2 lbs per week.

I have a good deal of weight to lose and have joined weight watchers and in 10 weeks I have lost 24 and a half pounds :D

I am eating plenty, very rarely feel hungry and am losing it very well. :)

Its the hardest thing in the world to shift excess weight. Good luck. We have a weekly thread on a wednesday where we post how we are all getting on!
Missed last week as I had a very bad week and I just had to hang my head in shame last week  but i am motivated again now. :)

Hi Ali!
Just wanted to say 'well done'! 24lbs is brilliant, I am still fighting the good fight, and sometimes giving into my choc/vino/yum addiction.
I'm rooting for you & me!
If only I had a Boxer bod, wee waist, long legged bitch!
Best to you, Ruby and the PTA!

Hi Sam,

I tried some pills from a diet centre once, I needed to lose a little weight for my wedding and got bored with proper dieting/slimfast etc.

Had appointment, no medical, bar a few rudimetary questions (like can you pay for them)!! and away I went with a little bottle of guarenteed weight removers.

Not a mention of when you should take them so spent the first night wide awake, didn't feel hungry I must admit but also couldn't sleep for a week, couldn't sit still, etc.

Please dont do it, I suffered palpatations, headaches, nausea and a skin rash.

Oh and just for the record I told the diet centre that I wanted to lose about half a stone.

Weight Watchers is the only diet that I have tried which actually worked and the weight stayed off mostly. No I do not work for them, I didn't even attend the meetings, just borrowed the info and bought a WW calculator that works out the points for you.

Good luck, Sarah

I'm currently taking Relora. It doesn't have any "speed" like side effects, just the opposite in fact. If you're interested, here is a link. I bought mine through Victoria Health after reading about it in The Sunday Times.
