
Please remember that Muscles weighs heavier than fat.
So if you ARE INCRESING excersise and healthy eating/dieting/cutting food out and not loosing, then dont get down hearted!!!!
If you can stomach it, take a photo of yourself in underwear every week from the same point, that way you can see the change in your body and not just the weight on the scales!!!!
Also your clothes say it all!!! If you can get into something more comfortably than you have done before the your body SHAPE could be changing through the muscle!!!
I am the same weight as I was a few weeks after the Great North Run. But I am Flabby and cant get into clothes I have worn for 7 years!!. After the GNR I could wear crop tops and my stomach looked fine. Now I couldnt. But I can still run over 6 miles and average about 10-15 miles a week, increasing again now.
