). We still have so much junk left over from xmas, but if I put off trying to eat better until all that food has gone, then some other reason just comes along. We always have some degree of "bad" food in the house (bisuits, ice cream, crisps etc) as everyone else likes the odd treat (it's just me who ends up eating 95% of it :rolleyes:). I think I need to just avoid it totally (I know they say that leads to failure but so does eating a whole pack of biscuits if you find it impossible to just eat one or two
).
