
I have found it fantastic & also have been advised to take Fish Oil capsules (the really expensive ones that you can buy in Boots). Also any bright coloured fruit & vegetables - particularly bananas help.
Yes excercise is a real help but I ended up going to my doctor saying I can't spend ALL day excercising & the "rush" of good feeling only last for so long, that's when she recommended all the above. This time of year is obviously worse for some people, I know my parents use a SAD lamp unfortunately I don't get much chance to sit down so it wouldn't be much help to me.
