Trouble with solicitors is they can be expensive - it could cost her more than the value of a puppy, although I appreciate there is a point of principal here.
Having to pay the stud fee is maybe valid, depending upon what, if anything, was written down about that. Unless the agreement says free stud then its ok - though in my view not terribly moral.
If the agreement says pick of litter (1 pup) then thats what it says, and that is all the person can have.
As far as papers go etc, well the breeder will surely want to register her pup, so might get into difficulties here, and the KC could get involved over that.
