Have you had her vet checked for a possible urinary tract infection? She may be unable to stop herself peeing and as well as a UTI there are a few medical conditions which can cause this so as it's a fairly recent occurrence that would be my personal first port of call :)

Unless she wee'd immediately as you entered the room, she has no idea what she's done so that behaviour is because she expects a negative reaction from you - anything from you showing annoyance or indifference towards her or if you have verbally or physically reprimanded her - it's a very common mistake for dog owners to presume that a dog knows when it has done something wrong by reading their body language as guilt - when it's actually a "keeping out of harms way" response.
