Hi Roni,
You'll soon find you don't need to keep a record - if you
really don't like a judge be it approach, handling your dog, their manners (or lack of them) etc you tend to remember them and dismiss them for future entries. In time you can learn whether or not a judge is worth showing under again if it's based simply on how your dog was or wasn't placed. Sometimes we can feel strongly that our dog was "robbed" but on hindsight or with experience we may re-think that and come to realise that a) our dog was beaten by better dogs, b) it was immature compared to the others, c) we could have handled it and presented it better etc.
In a breed with numbers like your own, I'd be suprised if the same judges came up very regularly during which time your dog will be maturing and your handling skills improving and also your ability to make an unbiased assessment of your dog against it's competition will become better too. Hence if the same judge crops up you'll know better whether or not it's worth entering under him/her again (bit long winded all that  sorry!)
Regards, Teri :)
