As the pups was insured I told him to get a second opinion from an orthopaedic specialist and the pup had panosteitis (an inflamation of the bones that fast growing pups can get and grwo out of), or growing pains, and there was no sign of OCD. this person had also been over excersising his pup despite the breeders advice not to.
