How long have you had her? As you have discovered, newspaper and pads are generally worse than useless because they teach a pup that it's acceptable to toilet indoors when that's the exact opposite of what you want them to learn!
So I would remove all such things, give all floors a thorough cleaning with a solution of biological washing liquid then wipe hard surfaces with surgical spirit or white spirit to remove any smell that will encourage her to use that place again. (Don't use chlorine bleach because that smells of ammonia, which is a constituent of urine, so she will think that place is a toilet area.)
Treat her as a small puppy by taking her out at least every hour (which you are doing, but maybe too often) to an area that you want her to use, and wait patiently with her till she starts to perform. That is the time to give her the command you'll use ('be busy', 'hurry up', 'go wee' or whatever) and then praise her when she's finished. Do this every time and she'll soon get the idea of what's required.
Training won't happen overnight - I would suggest you set aside two weeks where you do nothing but watch her while she's awake - take time off work - and really concentrate 100% on her training. The effort you put in will be rewarded. Good luck.
