Hi - phantom pregnancy is a perfectly normal reaction to being in season - almost every single bitch will experience a phantom to a certain degree after every season. With some the symptoms are barely noticeable; the bitch may seem a bit off-colour, while others go the whole hog, producing masses of milk, making nests, adopting toys as their imaginary babies and bcoming quite poorly. Most, like yours, are somewhere in the middle.
The best thing to do is cut the protein level of her food, give her more exercise and keep her busy - don't give her time to brood but take her out and about with you and be terribly hearty and 'jolly-hockey-sticks' with her. With luck that should prevent her going over the top with her symptoms. If she starts taking toys to bed, take them all away for a few weeks - it sounds harsh but it's the quickest way to getting her back to her old self, and she'll thank you for it in the end.
:)
