Does anyone else have a dog/s that go into a certain position when they are sulking?? If I dare to offend Murf, he goes into a kind of "mound" position. To explain, he puts his head flat between his paws.Front paws flat out in front of him and his back legs go into a "haunch" position. This could be because he is a very large breed, but it looks soo funny. He looks like a figure of 8 but with an arch in the middle. I have never had his breed before and when he does it we always say "he's Briarding again"!!! (Please tell me its not just me that has rediculous sayings for their dogs antics)
I alway know when I have p****d him off as he immediately adopts this position  Even when I haven't done anything that I am aware of, he always lets me know by doing it and then I usually work out what it is that I have done wrong :D
My other one, she does the same thing with the head and the paws but not the haunches. And she is not so quick to take offence in life, breed differences or sex differences??? :D :D
We all read peoples body language, in everday life, but are we so clued up on our dogs body language? Any one else out there who immediately knows when they have upset their dog? Even without meaning to  I am interested in your interpretation of your dogs as somebody said to me the other day, "don't be stupid, how can you tell when your dog is disillusioned with life"?
