No breed of dog comes in one size there are those who are larger than average and those who are smaller but there is
no such think as a miniature Yorkshire Terrier. I am sure yours is well bred and if you re-read I said that poor breeders may breed one undersized dog to another undersized dog in an attempt to produce undersize puppies to meet a demand. I did not suggest that good breeders can't or do not breed undersize dogs, just that they would not then breed from them to try to produce undersize any more than they would from oversize.

You may be privy to what the lady wants but the title says
Miniature Yorkshire Terrier and she goes on to ask if anyone knows of breeders of
Miniature Yorkshire TerriersIs it possible to know when the pups are born which will be 4lb or less and which will be 8, if so the lady should put her name down on the lists of several breeders and then wait for a small if she wants a 5lb or undersize (if less) pup to be born. If it is not possible to know what the finished sizes will be then perhaps the lady should either accept what ever size she gets or try for a smaller breed.
