Hi Jayne
Sorry I haven't replied before, I didn't see your message.
Our girl has just turned 1 year old, and is a super dog. She is very lively, and very loving. She's bold and outgoing, confident and loves everybody (too much sometimes). We have of course done the whole nine yards on socialising her with people, sights, sounds, experiences and other dogs (being that she's a GSD!). She's also a beautiful looking dog. She has just reached the 'Kevin' stage of adolescence (which is fun - not) but that's pretty usual. She's also doing the 'baby' agility with my husband, which she loves. So far she seems very healthy.
We chose Bozeta partly because we met one of their black dogs out on a walk, and I asked the woman where she got him, because he was gorgeous and healthy. I'd already seen Graham's website, but hadn't made any decisions. That dog is China's (our girl) uncle!
I was very happy talking to Graham and Sandie, and the way we were allowed to spend loads of time with them looking at the pups. He also followed up with us a week after we took her home, to see how things were, and has stayed in touch ever since. We send him photo's from time to time as well. We went to a GSD rally in the summer, and Graham was judging the novelty classes, so had a chance to see China at just over 6 months old. It put him in a novel position judging as you can imagine!
We had two other dogs when we got her, one 10 years old (bitch) and one 14 year old (boy). She adored them both. We've since lost the oldie, and so just have the two now. She does try it on occasionally to boss my older dog, but hasn't managed to get away with it yet. She has her head on our laps at this moment! stopping me typing! She's incredibly nosy.
If you do get a pup, let me know - I'd love to hear how you're getting on.
Hope this helps
Kat
