Thanks! You will understand how pleased I am, when I tell you we get far fewer Junior Warant Winners than Champions!
Since they brought in the 3 dog in a class rule, and the requirement to win 10 classes at Open shows, there has only been one Junior Warant Winner owned by the lady campaigning our boy.
The male who recently qualified won under the new relaxation of the rules where 10 classes at Open shows have been reduced to I beleive 3. As at Crufts he needed two points and the jointly owned lad needed one. On that occasion he beat our boy into second, so got his JW first.
Our boy has actually won more than the 10 points at Open shows, where he has won numerous BOBs, Hound Groups and places, and Puppy Groups ad BPIS. Of course he has also won classes where no points could be counted as there were too few dogs!
He is 16 months old, and started his show carreer at 9 months old once he came out of quarantine.
