Well I read all the comments and a couple of articles and bought a Ninja dual - it was £50 less and free postage buying direct from Ninja than anyone on Amazon :-) I also bought a pack with silicon liners and cooking rack.
I have used it a couple of times so far but the booklet that came with it seems to only have a very small number of recipes and not stuff that we would eat.
Question - can anyony suggest a book that explains in very basic terms what and how to cook everyday things like sausage or casserole as opposed to fajitas (whatever they are) and similar. may be 'an old fogie' but I am 78 and OH is 87 so past the stage of experimenting.
