Difficult one but i your puppies have loose stools now, I'd not worm again yet. We wormed our puppies from 2 weeks of age using Sherleys Worming Syrup and then every two weeks to the time they went home, with their new owners given a worming history, when and with what, for their vet to see. I recommended they dosed again at 3 months. Mum was wormed with a normal adult wormer, when the puppies were 2 weeks.
I never saw worms after worming, after the first one who was a singleton puppy (actually one of 2 originally but one was DOA) and with him, in my ignorance, I'd not wormed mum before being mated, which I always did after him. What he produced after being wormed was horrendous and for YEARS afterwards I couldn't touch spaghetti.
I think, if I were you, I'd perhaps get a stool sample from one of the puppies (matters not which) and get it checked for normal worms, and Giardia too. So right now, that's a no, don't worm again, yet.
