There will be people with more experience along soon but in the mean time, how is your bitch? Is she digging her bedding, straining to push, becoming distressed or tired, does she have a glazed look in her eyes as if she's shutting down from fatigue?
If she is stuggling or becoming tired, you really need veterinary advice. If however, she is in the first stages, content and not straining in any way, I'd just watch her.
Without naming the breed, is she likely to whelp early because of her size or if she is carrying a bigger than average litter or does this breed usually go to 63 days? Some toy breeds only go to day 60 and my breed usually goes to 63 but my bitch delivered friday on day 58 because she was carrying 10. Last time she only had a singleton but whelped bang on day 63.
If she is happy to, perhaps you could go for drive in the car as that usually gets things moving or even a gentle stroll down the road and back (obviously not if you live on a road thats a mile long!) but remember to take a towel with you in case she decides to start pushing. If you are truly worried call the vet.
Good luck!
