Plus net have suggested that the only way this may eventually be resolved is to change our phone number too. But the problem there is that it's also his business number. So many things will have to be redone.
Basically, TT company are behaving illegally.
There appears to be no way to contact talktalk to get the tag on line cleared up without a customer number which we don't have.
And round in circles we go.
I will be contacting our MP about this. It's fraud and misselling at the very least.
Imagine if you went to Waitrose for your weekly shop only to be told at the till that Tesco had a 'tag on your bank account' and you had to shop at tesco!
BT are as bad. OH rang to check who our phoneline is with, still with them so TT not appropriated that. But then he tried to check about the tag on line and the BT person went straight into trying to sell him broadband! No way would they stop. In the end, he hung up

Agressive business practise right there! So will be reporting that too.
But OFCON will do nothing except add our complaints to the list. What good is a bl**dy list?
