Has the bitch had all her health tests done & the dog as well ??
How did he allow an"accidental"mating of such a young bitch(way too young to have a litter for a BC) Why didn't he take veterinary action to terminate the litter ? Sorry but knowing a lot of BC breeders(who have been breeding for many many years)& none of them have had an"accidental"litter & if they had allowed a too young bitch to be mated, would have taken steps to end the pregnancy, especially if all the health tests like hip scoring etc haven't been done
You beat me to it Goldmali

If I had both sexes I'd board the dog away not trust my bitch to someone else.
As for the original question.
No I would not have a puppy from such a litter, especially with such a young one at home. I would wait for the planned litter.
As Marianne said this litter should go for a 'consideration' to those who are willing to take a risk on health.

We all match our bitches to a particular stud dog for a reason to get the best we can for our breeding programme and to enhance the breed, genetically health wise, to breed standard, or working characteristics.
The pups will be unregistered, as the bitch was far too young to breed from, the KC will not give out papers, she was just under 12 months when bred. The health tests will not be completed, and her working ability will not be fully assessed.
I would step back completely, the reason he has come to you with only one week to go is because he is obviously having trouble in finding homes, an unregistered litter will not attract the right homes at all. Don't go see them or you will walk out with one, as all pups melt our hearts.
I would wait until the next litter when all tests are done and above board, the pregnancy could have been terminated up to 6 weeks, and then she could have been bred from at the right time.
It's horrible for the breeder, I would never leave my bitch with anyone, but it is not your problem to solve hun, I'm sure you feel very sorry for the man, I do too, (now I've read the full explanation) but, I would step away from these pups altogether, it's a problem he will have to solve with the man who caused the mess. :-(
Just for that reason alone I would run from this litter........... :-(
