Not sure but am thinking my 12 1/2 yr old Boston terrier saved us from something.
She's pretty much deaf and doesn't see all that well.
Yesterday we took them out for their walks which isn't to far cause the Boston's can't walk to far.
T-Bone was very excited to go for her walk as usual got them all together & out the door we went. Walked
through the school yard thought we would go to the store. As we walked to the pedestrian cross walk just b4 hubby presses
the button T-Bone started screaming. He had it pressed so waved the cars on and we thought maybe a muscle spasm or she got bit by something.
Nothing she just kept screaming almost sounded like Go Home. She kept trying to pull away and go the way we came. So we decided lets go back home, she stopped screaming.
She literately pulled me home -
Now she always walks nice on lead perfect heel. Not this time she pulled & pulled ran to the end of her leash circled back
as if to say hurry up and would dart off again as fast as she could. She did this all the way to the house. Even had to dart up the stairs to be the 1st one in so I let her leash go so she
could get inside.
Normally when we get back from a walk she lies on the grass and I say come on T-Bone lets go in the house.. Once inside she paced around to the front door and wouldn't leave
that area of the house. She was very agitated. Called our son since he was working to make sure all was well, told him what was up and about almost 2 hrs later she calmed down.
Even text-ed our daughter to make sure all was well.
Later on that evening we took her & Moose to the store same way as earlier and all was fine. Couldn't take Junior cause one outing a day is enough for
his legs.
Hubby & I were thinking maybe something would have happened at that moment & she sensed something or seen the future and had to get us all
out of there & fast. I always trust my dogs. She was the only one who acted like that.
