I dont know him but I know someone who hired Colin Tenant a couple of years ago & they were well pleased with his service, reckoned he gave her dog & family a new & better life and ended the family friction as her partner was talking about getting rid of it, apparently he nows feel guilty & spoils it.
You need to be carefull though, there are a whole load of quacks out there & very expensive quacks at that, APBC has a bad reputation, check out the links below & pass them to your friend.

I have seen a behaviourist highly recommended on this website several times ( no names)| my poor dog was forced into situations where he was actually vomiting with fear
