Find your perfect puppy at Champdogs

(without actually counting calories)
, for the past year and have had great success with weight loss by calorie counting several years ago. However, I am terribly lazy so always find plenty of excuses to stop me excersising in order to tone up - NOT ANY MORE!!!! I have finally accepted that the only way to get a nice firm body (or at least less wobbly than it is now!) is to actually get my butt in gear and do somthing :-)(cals used in excersie get deducted from cals consumed, so I will be consuming more than 1220 per day)
(logging all I eat & burn)
> Well, I've put on 7lb over the Christmans period
> A lot of that could be fluid retention as, presumably, you will have eaten the type of foods over Christmas which will retain fluid!
> I love your enthusiasm!
> Just done my first Wii Active Workout of the week with another three to go the week . Fridge cleared out and positive attitude in place on the shelves !
>
> Mike is joining me so we will both keep each other motivated
> I have about four stone to loose so a big mountain to climb
(I want to be back to 9 stone, but for now I'm aiming for 9stine 7lb)
That's when I found calorie-counting works for me. > I have about four stone to loose so a big mountain to climb
> I still haven't managed to go to aqua fit
>Psst, I don't have a Wii, was thinking about possibly investing in one. Whats the difference between a Wii fit and Wii fit plus?
> (I've already lost just over 6 stones)
> Ohhhh, look what I've found :-)

> I dread to think how much i've put on...however, being pregnant it is my one excuse to indulge and not feel too guilty Not looking forward to having to lose the weight after bubbas born. I have never 'dieted' and dont have much will power so will be checking this thread for others hints and tips and to (hopefully) be inspired by peoples successs stories
> Things are going very well
> How is everyone else doing ?
(such porr self-control - if there is scrummy food in the house, it always ends up in my mouth! :( ).
On a plus point, counting my calories as helped me keep within a dialy allowence and according to my little weight-loss app, if I carried on like this I would loose 1lb in 4 weeks - not the plan but still a vast improvement on my eating habbits over the Chistmas holidays!!> it was my weigh in this morning and i have lost 4lb
> I used pregnancy as an excuse to indulge ....... I paid the price though, I put on 3st 7lb
> I have Sky Plused it so will watch it later if it was any good ?
>wow. Dont think i've put on that much. managed to carry on running until i was 6.5 months so that kept the weight at bay & obviously dog walking helps but now with just a few weeks to go i am becoming a bit lazy and have perhaps put a few extra pounds on around my bum and legs. Definatly not stones though so not overly concerned but will have to go back to cutting out that extra choccie bar i've been indulging on once the bubbas here!!
