MRSA can only be spread if they are licking wounds on other dogs. When my dog had it I had puppies etc here as well so looked into all this. Only time I separated was a new mum who had had a section so that my ill dog could not lick or cough on the wound.
How is this mountaindreams? MRSA is an airbourne disease as far as I know??? Many of us have it without knowing, naturally without going into a hospital and having a procedure done so I would have thought that dogs would be the same?
