
My hubby has lost 17lb in a month , all I am doing is when I prepare his lunch for work is instead of bread and butter for sandwiches , I have been giving him weight watcher wraps with a scrapping of philadelphia light and salad. He has a low fat yoghurt and twiglets and a piece of fruit. It seems quite a lot but he doesn't have breakfast and the calories and saturated fat are really low.
For his tea I have been buying a variety of ready meals , which I add a selection of vegetables to so that he is filled up.
I've had to watch the ready meals , sometimes the ordinary ones are more healthy than the slimming ones. I tried one the other day which was morrison smart eat? I think thats what theyre called fish pie. Less than 400 calories and it filled me up.
Another good thing I've found he likes is Ainyslie cuppa soups some have only 40 odd calories and if he's hungry at supper time he'll have one
I'm not allowed to diet at the minute as I'm pregnant but I think if he can do , I'm going to try after the baby is born , I don't know if I'll have the will power he has got though.
