
I think I will add my arobic video back in since we finally hooked up the dvd- it has 2 levels (old jane fonda work out lol, but I like it)- one day I'll do what I am doing, the next the video. Hubby and I have been talking to try walking alot more together every day, but thats hard on him cause his foot is pretty sore (ankle repair from motorcycle accident almost lost his foot) so I guess him n the dogs can walk about the same distance.
I do get alot of cardio in, Tony gazzelle, jumping jacks, lunges, mountain climb, I do my stairs, ect, then when I start to slow down I work on my sides, some crunches, leg raises, stretches ect I start out slow then fast then slow it down- if that makes sense.
We eat alot of fresh veggies, rye bred now, have changed our diet around completely
Think I'll start up again tomorrow morning :-)
