I was doing so good- working out on my lil tony gazelle plus doing other stuff like stairs, weights, crunches ect to try and tone up- kept it up for about 4 months mon-thur everyday. Problem is I am so tired everyday and don't no why- I am taking Daily Vitamins (its called 1 A day) that seemed to work for a bit, but no to much anymore, thinking maybe I need more Iron. I did bring this up with the dr who is taking my dr patience do to maternaty leave, but she was no help- telling me don't read b4 bed ect- hello I don't. Also told her about my son's prob of always having the runs,or he just can't go. Well hubby and figured that out he's lactose intolerant and now have him on lactose milk and that seems to help. I do hope she is back this time when I/we go for our physical.

Also the same exercise does get a lil boring my weight has plato'd, not really trying to lose just trying to tone up my lil muffin top, the part that hangs over your jeans :-( . Does that skin ever go away? My sister keeps telling me to get a tummy tuck- well I don't have a huge amount its lil but still don't like it. My sister is battling with her weight and has done great she plato'd so i told her to change it up add in some weight exercise, weights help- strenght training, and I believe she is back on track- She's saving for a tummy tuck and I really don't see it being that safe- she use to be tiny but after her son gained the weight.

Just feeling at a loss and tired :-(

Maybe you have been over doing the exercise a little too much and putting strain on your body. I presume you have dogs, so for now (time dependant) you could perhaps take them on a little bit longer walks (fresh air is great for energy boosting), therefore still getting exercise, but just not as punishing on your body, this with a change of diet/fewer calories would slowly trim you down.

A change of diet would do wonders for your system, even if you say your eating lots of fruit and veg at the moment, maybe alter these to a different variety. Cut out white everything (bread, pasta, etc) if you feel you need carbohydrates I find jacket potatoes are filling but they don't seem to sap the energy like white carbs do and only eat them at night, through the day snack only on fruit and veg, it takes time but if you were to stick to this religiously the benefits would soon start to show and you would have lots more energy.

I know as we get older (not saying your collecting your pension) there are certain parts of the body that seem harder to shift the weight from, your tum for example, but unless you model for a living, or wear bikinis often, don't let a little spare tyre make you miserable. But if you want to let off steam and fancy an alternative exercise - buy a punch bag - get fit and get rid of your anger at the same time :)

I don't know if you could get hold of these but if I'm flagging I take Pharmaton capsules, contains ginseng and some vitamins. Does the trick short term.

I will have to try that out- I do lil walks with the dogs since they can't seem to walk as far as they use to...

Will check for them capsules

You may not be given your body time to rest.  With exercise, you are supposed to have a rest day in between to let your body/muscles rest.  This is just as important as exercising in the first place.  Why not mix it up?  You could try running?  It's easy to build up your stamina with a 4 week plan and you only need to run 20 mins every other day.  On my rest days, I walk the dogs(but I try to keep a fast pace), swim, use the wii fit.  I have about 2 stones still to lose which I am trying with exercise and healthy eating.  I also have 4 kids, with the last 2 being born by c/section.  Your skin is more stretched after pregnancy/childbirth but I am noticing a huge difference in my 'shelf' of tummy at the bottom with losing weight/exercise.  Keep it up, you don't need surgery.

Also, your body sounds like it has gotten used to the exercise so although it will keep you toned, I don't think you'll lose more weight that way, you need to mix it up to keep losing.

From reading what you've put on here as to what exercise you do I feel you need to really up your cardio work and cut back on weight etc.
This means running or brisk walking to start with, cycling. aerobics classes, anything like that. You do need to do this to work at your stomach, weights and crunches alone will tone but to really loose it you need the cardio with it.

If you don't want to leave the house to exercise then get in some cardio exercise DVD's. Or join a gym if you have time.

Also if you eat a lot of wheat products this can leave you more bloated - you can get a lot of wheat free breads etc. Have you thought about going onto soya milek yrself along with your son, this can also have an effect.

I don't know what your diet is like, but do cut back on red meat - stick to white meats and fish.

As for feeling tired, I can't answer that but maybe a trip to your Dr would help in that instance.

I think I will add my arobic video back in since we finally hooked up the dvd- it has 2 levels (old jane fonda work out lol, but I like it)- one day I'll do what I am doing, the next the video. Hubby and I have been talking to try walking alot more together every day, but thats hard on him cause his foot is pretty sore (ankle repair from motorcycle accident almost lost his foot) so I guess him n the dogs can walk about the same distance.

I do get alot of cardio in, Tony gazzelle, jumping jacks, lunges, mountain climb, I do my stairs, ect, then when I start to slow down I work on my sides, some crunches, leg raises, stretches ect I start out slow then fast then slow it down- if that makes sense.

We eat alot of fresh veggies, rye bred now, have changed our diet around completely

Think I'll start up again tomorrow morning :-)
