Oh no, I'm so sorry :(
We had a car stolen a few years back. My OH had bought an older car (VW mk2 scirocco) and spent a lot of money and a lot of time doing it up (re-built the engine etc..). It was his pride and joy. The first journey he took it on was a fishing trip, him & his mate went fishing for a night in it (several hours drive away). They returned to the fishing car park the next morning, to find only the 'crook-lock' in the space where the car had been left. They were stranded with all thier fishing kit........
They trecked a few miles (having to lug all of thier kit with them) to find a phone box and I thought they were having a sick joke when they told me the car had been stolen. They convinced me they were telling the truth so I arranged for my mum to go and pick them up.
My OH was so angry........ LOL, his mate can now laugh when telling how my OH had a temper tantrum and lobbed his fishing kit over a hedge, only to have to climb over to retrieve it once he had calmed down :-D
The car was found the next day - completely burnt out :( :( :( The police had thier suspicions as to the joy-riders that took it, as there was a group of kids doing this often in the area, but no proof to tie them to it and they were too young to drive anyway

Completely MADENING. Light fingered little scumbags
I do hope you find your car in one piece and soon, it's an awful feeling. Even though it is 'only a car' you still get that chilly feeling of being violated somehow and left feeling uneasy :(
Best of luck.
