i wanted to know what sort of virus would kill a puppy suddenly like that?
and why would the girl lie

first they say this

An RSPCA spokeswoman said the charity had been informed of the ending of the investigation and confirmed that the initial vet who had consulted with the charity had stated the dog's injuries were 'consistent'  with the 'kicked to death' claim made by the owner.

then this

One would assume that a puppy being kicked to death would show massive internal injuries.

am i reading something wrong,
did the rspca vet look at the puppy and
are they saying the first vet lied?

More than likely it didn't die instantly, I suppose that it could of been ill for a couple of days or so, but they didn't recognise or couldn't be bothered reading the signs.  What kind of family would say a dog had been kicked to death in the first place if it hadn't?
