
I would strongly advise you not to buy online until you know what trainers you need!!!!!!
If you buy the wrong trainers then you could be injured, causing damage to joints.
Pronation and anti pronation and where your feet are either flat footed so roll in, or high arches so roll out (cant remember which one is which) Neutral are where your feet are 'correct' (very basic!!!!!)
But any good running shop will not make you feel bad as we all have to start somewhere :) :) :)
