> Or you could go for the old 'pull your tongue back in , you're dribbling on the glass'

Very fitting as our office is like a goldfish bowl peering over the factory :)

I think you are all confused :-)  No wonder he is.

Oh I can promise you the boss is not confused, a closet girlie watcher but not confused.

seems a fair theory. but you hear all this terrible stuff about disrespectful youth :)

I'd rather work in an office with 25 to 30 plus's than these dribbling old fools that I've got :(

Sorry, Pinky, I can't see any difference between what they are doing and passing saucy comments about the young men there.

I pass the saucy comments by way of getting back and trying to make a point, which is why I wanted a few quick short sharp one liners to shut them up and bring them back in to the real world and deal with the job in hand which is 'work'

I don't actually spend my day looking at the young blokes there I have better things to do with my time, my screen saver of OH was to make a point, all it proved was that my fat toad of a boss has double standards

In that case I think you are approaching this the wrong way.  You cannot make two wrongs a right.
You are perfectly within your rights to insist your manager acts in a responsible way.  There are laws to protect workers from such behaviour and he ought to be aware of them and capable of implementing measures to ensure everyone is working in an appropriate manner but you cannot ask for this unless you are willing to abide by the same rules yourself.

I do agree with you there Isabel, personally would not retort with any innuendo or put-downs because you are just entering into the same game.  If I have ever heard this kind of thing in the workplace I make it clear that I don't find it acceptable - funnily enough have never been on the receiving end though so maybe there are good things about being totally flat chested after all!

So these men are being sexist and racist...
Sounds like they need a good talking to and if that does not work go over them to their superiors..

your boss is a sleazebag and he's getting away with it.why should any woman(or man)have to put up with that sort of behaviour from anyone?it's a form of bullying and it should be stopped.
i bet he's got no power at home and thinks he's a big man and can say what he likes at work.how sickening.if any young woman i know was going in work to face that i'd be sending off letters and emails in a flash to the managing director.fun remarks between equals is one thing as long as everyone knows the rules but for a boss to inflict his horrid remarks and lewd behaviour on subordinates is sickening and must be stopped.in my both of my daughters'offices that kind of behaviour from anyone is just not tolerated and it makes for a much happier and relaxed workplace.
