
It is not conveyancing advice you need it is insolvancy.:-) you will need to go speak to the people who dealt with it as to why the dates are incorrect.
Generally speaking even if you hit a brick wall, if you have a reasonable deposit you can put down then most banks will still give you the mortgage.
PS all mortgage forms ask about your financial background so it is generally better to be upfront and lay your cards on the table first. It may be a bit late now to give you this advice but searches always find these things so although I can understand someone hot wanting to shout from the roof top if you tell the FA firstly they can select the more sympathetic lenders.
