Well I'd have a guess that you can cook any stew or caserole recipe in it.  Just brown some meat, sweat some root veg in the juices, add stock, herbs, seasoning, whatever tip it all in and switch on.  I would thicken it after though.

add half pint of guinness, to isabel`s recipe or red wine take your pick. if you choose the wine add some chopped bacon  aswell .

Saying that Ive still got a pounding head from last night 2 bottles of red and one white. Not a good idea.

I am suffering thats for sure. But Im on the wagon now, clean living for me. Fresh air, salads and plenty of fruit.
