This may seem a dense question but once you have told "BTYahoo" in my case, that a sender's email is "spam" can you change if back if so how

click on the message to open it then click the "NOT SPAM" button :)

Karen do you download your email into Outlook or similar? If you do then go to the on-line version, log on and check your bulk email folder. The options there are easy to find.
If you use Outlook, go to your Junk Email Folder, right click on the email and it gives you options to add the sender to the "safe senders list".

Hi Thanks for replying no I don't download it :( and I can't seem to find a way of making an "address I have said is spam" Not spam but will keep trying thanks again KAREN

this brings up the page where it tells you about all the options - Spam Protection, AddressGuard etc, lower down click on the "Block Addresses" this takes you to the page where you can then remove the address you no longer wish to block

Depends where you bought it Karen, but if I were you I'd change it for PEK, its much nicer, & lovely with tomato ketchup....
