Mother should have privacy for the first two weeks until pups eyes are open, after that she can have the pups in the dog area of the house, but will still guard her pups, and the other dogs should be very respectful of the Mother and not interfere with the pups at all for another week or more at least. If she is relaxed and happy she will gradually allow them to inspect, then interact with the pups in time, until at about 6 weeks she is unlikely to be worried about them baby sitting for her, and may sit back watching while someon else puts up with them.
You should never leave the other dogs in the same room as Mum and pups unsupervised though.
