Here's oneHowever it's basically coriander preserved in oil with a little salt and vinegar. If you google 'preserve coriander' or use the american term Cilantro you should find a few suitable recipes. It was on Gardeners World (is that the name of the BBC2 programme?) with Jekka someone or other too. She showed you what to do with a range of different herbs I recall.
I would think that for your recipe you could just use fresh chopped coriander with a drop of oil for the same effect...
