It's good you have had her checked over :0) ......... but do keep a close eye on her as my bitch had no temp and was eating & drinking perfectly normally .
Then on day 16 ( post mate ) she had slight brownish discharge nothing much and the same evening we were at the emergancy vet as the discharge had become a vile green colour and was alot more than earlier , she was also being sick with blood content we were given antibiotics she then went on to have severe runs for nearly 3 weeks....... through all of this she was still eating and drinking fine .
It was our 1st litter , she did go on to produce 2 pups but only one survived , we lost the other little girl 8 days after birth. We kept the other girl and she is such a big strong healthy girl is untrue :0)
I will just say that the vet believed it not to be anything thing to do with the pregnancy and said it was just bad luck that she had caught a virus , because my other dogs also ended up with the runs but no where near as bad .
I just think i am so lucky to be able to say i have my one special girl , you would never think she came from such a poorly mummy .
