I apologise for my ignorance, do we have any shar pei people on here? A work colleague would like to show her new pup and has asked me for help. Apart from knowing they are in the utility group I know nothing about them. EG do they stack or freestand, table or floor, what sort of lead.
I think I've only ever seen 2 at the local open shows.
I've explained the importance of ringcraft which she will enroll on after christmas but the classes she will be going to are mainly gundog people.

any help/advice will be greatly appreciated

if you friend wishes she can contact me, and i will help if i can.
you can either stack or free stand, they are not table dogs.
a good training class is great as they do need to be socilised.
what area are you in?
