I have a number for Marilyn but can anybody tell me when to ring? I know there are certain times so I do not want to disturd her unneccessarily.

Hi Jeff,

If you phone the number you have you normally get an answer phone message telling you when to phone to make an appointment.  So you wont be disturbing anyone.  Whatever date they give you to try again for an appointment be prepared to keep hitting redial before you get through.
