As with Isabel, I'd suggest you discuss with the breeder unless of course it's due to a diet related problem that your vet is suggesting an alternative food :)
If the latter is the case then personally I'd guage whether I want to try a new food on my dogs by the ingredients rather than the %s you've listed. Having decided by that method I would then guage it's quality by how well my dogs liked it and, after a few weeks, how well they looked on it.
The right food is only deserving of that description if your particular dog
enjoys it and
thrives on it. Anything less and IMO it is then not the right, or best, food for that particular dog :)
