I rub salt into the top of it, and poke some cloves into the skin, then roast it in a tin slowly for 2 hours, tastes devine!!

I love this roasted with any type of bbq sauce smeared all over, It's quite a fatty piece of meat but very succulent and tender.....yum, haven't had it in a while.....

Slow-roasted on a bed of sliced apples and red onions. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!

I chuck it in the slow cooker with whatever sauce/veggies I have. Had it last week with onions, mushrooms, carrots and broccoli and a tin of black bean sauce, in the slow cooker for 7 hours at low - was delicious :-)

i had it as it came with marinade on the BBQ yesterday, It's only really unsliced uncured streaky bacon.

It's Friday afternoon, I'm sick to death of purchase orders, bloody phone calls from dopey call centres, and silly managers that want to 'touch base' and discuss 'where we are with' (can't they learn to speak bloody English)
Yippee Friday,

Glass of plonk and some fluffy telly:)_:)
