i am trying to find a food that has no colouring and not to high in protein in an attempt to eliminate what is causing my dog,s muzzle and under chin which is pinkish/brown
Any suggestions pleeeeease

Look for natural food I believe they can not add dyes because its natural- I think they can add dyes to holistic though.

I feed my 2 poodles on Natures Menu and also Royal Canin mini sensible and Burns mini bites which are all good quality foods. I have bought Nature Diet in the past but my two seem to prefer Natures Menu which is quite expensive but contains only meat carrots peas and rice. Hope this helps.

So I am a lil confused why do people think a high protien food is not all that good- where I think the more the meat with some veggies the better, more the natural the better, the less all the unneeded ingredient list the better, and I really can't afford to feed raw... Funny I analize their food and not mine- something wrong there lol

Really not all food works for every animal you just have to find one that works best with yours but just make sure it has No BHT, BHA, Ethoyquin in it and also I look for No By-Products and the first main ingredients to be a meat meal if not then a meat- but I prefer a meal.

have a look at taste of the wild- its similar to orijen but has a lower protein if thats what you're concerned about
