My Dane bitch was in season August, and has the signs of a false pregnancy, she has been on Pulsatilla 30c, she isnt so saggy underneath and has stopped digging, but she wont eat any of her food, the only thing shes eating is raw chicken, she is a very good eater up to last week or so, do you think I should starve her til she eats, she doesnt carry too much weight, so I'm worried she will lose too much as she is shown, she's bright, plenty energy, not dehydrated, but does'nt seem to want to eat anything!!
Has  anybody had this in there bitches??
Getting a bit concerned re this, any ideas welcome.

I have dogs, not bitches, but I would take her to the vet just to be on the safe side.
My sisters bitch (Boxer) seemed fine apart from going off her food and refusing to eat anythign other than cooked chicken (she's quite fussy anyway), after a few days she started to seem under the weather, it turned out she had a vaginal infection and was very ill, after several courses of anti-biotics she needed to be spayed to stop the infection re-occuring (it wasn't pyo).
I'm not suggesting your bitch has the same thing, but if it's to the point you are concerned taking her to the vets is best, there are so many reasons for a dog not wanting to eat from fussyness, minor ailments to signs of something else.
