Is there anybody going Saturday, I'm stewarding and also having a look at the GSP's, would really like one, but maybe not at the moment!
I'm in the Irish Setter ring.

Hello Fiona

Like yourself I'll be there stewarding, what a shame you can't steward the
GSP ring then you could have your fill watching them.

I'm in ring 9 with WSS, IWS and  Field spaniels.

Have a good day.

Regards
Joan

Ooooooo Lori,

I haven't entered but I'm wondering whether to take a scoot down the M90 and come & scrutinise your showing!  ;-)

In that case, I'm the 6' tall, stunningly beautiful and well turned out blonde with the perfect dog and perfect handling skills. :-p

Hi Fiona
I will be there with both my gsps, usually last in the benches due to surname. Am always happy to talk about them. I have my almost 3 year old boy and my beautiful 6 month old bitch.

Hi karen
I am driving as far as Carlisle on Friday, then doing the rest saturday morning, should only be a couple of hours from there. Stopping at my inlaws on the way home in Derby. Lots of driving but was worth it last year, Arnie got his stud book number so here's hoping for some similar success!!!!!;) As for Millie, well anything could happen there lol :)

Hi Fiona, if you look at my avatar  you can just about see that my boy is solid liver! So was my first gsp. Millie my little girl is predominately solid so I am a little bias when it comes to the solids!! lol They are a personal favourite of mine.

Hi Siobhan .. hope you have a good trip North. Driving up n back in the dark is always a bind but a big plus is stopping at the chippy in Bigger on the way home for supper :)) Fingers crossed for a successful day.. looking forward to meeting Millie.

As for Solid Livers .. I have a big soft spot for them as well. My Tom and Siobhans first dog (otto) competed against each other many times, feels like yesterday -- how time flies !!

Just had to post. My new baby was in her 1st champ show today and she was placed 2nd in minor pup and 3rd in puppy. So, crufts is sorted but these placing were especially pleasing because a few weeks ago she had a scare at the vets with an attempted injection between the shoulder blades and subsequently decided that she wasn't going to let anyone go over her! Her 1st open show she panicked when the judge went to go over her and couldn't be assessed. A very knowledgeable lady in my breed has helped me this week and at the show today. The result, Millie just about allowed the judge to go over her, I personally have no problem with a 6 month old pup moving whilst being assessed and nor did the judge today. I was already not to take her in today so to get her in the ring and qualify her was extra special. I can relax now and let her find her way in the ring in her own time.

Congrats on the results .. keep up the hard work and Millie will be showing like a veteran in no time. Perhaps getting Milie and Otto to walk nicely on the leads toghter will take longer .. LOL

Now you really are asking for a miracle!!!!!! LOL

Well done Millie, never made the show, my BT ended up on a drip and anti b's Friday night, and spent the night at the vets, shes getting spayed Tues, they think its a closed pyo, so probably no use to anyone Sat.
Hopefully be able to see the GSP's at Crufts!!

Well done again, see it was a vetran who got BOB!
