Some of our dog club members have been given new club sweatshirts, which are really nice, except that I find the waistband bit seems much too tight for the rest of the top, and it looks silly - any ideas on how to stretch the waitband bit?!  I've tried giving it a good pull to stretch it, but it just bounces back to being tight.

Try steam ironing it whilst stretched.  :)
