A question for Halloween:-
why do programmers think that OCT 31 = DEC 25?

The answer:-
Programmers use different number systems binary, octal, decimal, hexadecimal.
"31" in the OCTal system equals 3x8 plus 1x1, thus a total of 25 in the DECimal system.


Obviously this explains the folowing:-

"There are 10 kinds of people in the world those who understand binary and those who don't."

Obviously! :D
