Can someone tell me what paperwork for the mating a bitch will need if she is coming to the UK to use a UK stud dog? There is a bitch coming to my stud dog from another country but I am unsure what papers she will need.

I think you would need to find out what their home countries registering body requires.  I would expect they would bring the relevent documents with them for you to sign.

Yes the visiting bitch's owner should bring all the necessary paperwork with them and tell you if there are any special requirements needed. We had a bitch visit from Germany a few months ago and her owner brought all the forms with her - I just supplied copies of our dog's pedigree and his various health certificates (hip score, eye test etc)

on some forms they will ask if natural mating or insemination ..
some countries dont allow insemination if first  litter, so just ask/talk to owner what and where to sign etc! you need to give copy pedigree dog, copy of healthscores as required for that breed. nice idea would be  to hand out some nice pics, or allow the people to take/make some pics .; as prospect puppybuyers/owners surely would love to see them.
maybe some show/workingresults if available.

The UK does natural matings. The only times AI is allowed is if the stud dog lives abroad, or is dead. Bitches coming for matings here get natural matings!

When I took my bitch to Belgium from the U.K I took all relevant paperwork with me. So I should imagine that they would do the same. Just get in contact and make sure that they will be doing this.
