ARGH !!! ive been caught out (and not looking my best after about 10 miles)
They havent pulled me over yet and thanks to quick release on my belt they havent pulled me into any rivers/puddles/lakes yet !! My neighbour was saying to me the other day that her husband always worried when he saw me out running as it looks like the dogs will pull me over, and there have been a few hair raising moments especially when they see a dog they dont like !! Ive put on a bit of weight now but at my lightest I was the same weight as them jointly but they do listen if I shout loud enough !!
Rach, as a rule the dogs pull me so only half the running effort is required but you have to be ready for when they slow up (especially on the longer runs) and then you have to put effort in. On that half marathon I ended up practically pulling Alf the last 4 miles !!
So extra fit then now if you got a pull a setter along too :) :)
Makes mental note that when I ever start jogging to attach a dog to my waste - or even or 4 LOL! Mind you my lot manage to get in a pickle and tangle me up just walking so heaven knows what would happen if I started running - poss. a You've Been Framed moment me thinks!
Well done though Claire you are doing really well - and see Fagan got a 4th in agility - SUPER GOING!!!
