
If you par boil the brocolli and then spread with cubed salmon (not cooked it doesn't need pre-cooking) in an ovenproof dish, top with creamy mash and sprinkle very librally with a nice strong cheese then bake till golden brown you will have a nice pie with only a little moisture from the cooking salmon. Served with oven roasted veg and crusty brown bread it's a great meal.
