I am looking for a parti coloured poodle pup in scotland preferably.I had a black and apricot poodle when i was a kid and she was so unusual and beautiful.I understand they arent meant to be two colours but we are just wanting a pet and not a show dog.Can anyone help

Hi Jackie, Bec has a "phantom" poodle at the moment. Shes a real sweetie. Shes brown with blackie/grey points, and shes after another one as well:)

Just shows, I've never seen one but I supose that I only see show ones except the odd one being walked in the street, "odd one" being the correct word in some cases.
I would love a std. black or white, but would want to show and I cant bear the show cut, like to see them in the puppy/lamb trim. Don't supose I'll ever have one. Have seen browns who are multi colour but always put it down to poor coat, you know the sort of thing I mean, look as if they have been washed too much on the wrong cycle. Ja:)kie

Talking of poodles, do you lot think that it does them any harm to be clipped and prunned the way they are? things such as hairspray and all that back combing
